In our mission statement, this church affirms that we are called to “provide for the needs of the congregation…serve the community…and reach out to others.” A significant part of our ministry is the pastoral care provided by our Pastor, Hearts In Service Ministry, and other trained members of the church.
We seek to provide pastoral care for people at all of life’s important moments, transitions, and crises. Pastoral Care is the ministry of visitation, prayer, and personal contact during times such as the birth of a child, a marriage, a hospitalization, and the end of life, as well as homebound and retirement communities members.
