At First Congregational Church of Tallmadge, together, we are making a difference:

Gifts to Neighbors in Need (NIN) support the United Church of Christ’s ministries of justice and compassion throughout the United States. One-third of NIN funds support the Council for American Indian Ministry (CAIM). The other two-thirds of the offering support a variety of justice initiatives, advocacy efforts, direct service projects, and grants. Neighbors in Need grants are annually awarded to UCC churches and organizations doing justice work in their communities.
We hold those affected by the storms and flash flooding in Texas, and their loved ones, in our prayers.
The Disaster Ministry Team at the United Church of Christ has been in contact with the Conference Disaster Response Coordinator and the Conference Minister for the South Central Conference, United Church of Christ to monitor the situation and determine how best to support communities as we learn more about the devastation.
You can help support the relief and long-term recovery of those affected by these severe storms, and other communities that have experienced similar events across the US below.
