First Congregational Church of Tallmadge Response to COVID-19: Update

First Congregational Church of Tallmadge will continue to be closed for all activities, including preparations for no in-person Sunday Worship Services or prayer gatherings through and including Sunday April 26th, 2020.

Having received direction from the UCC Living Water Association leadership, as well as the UCC Heartland Conference leadership, to abstain from holding in-person Sunday worship services until further notice, we are announcing the following updates to our church use and worship schedule:

First Congregational Church of Tallmadge will be closed for all activities, including preparations for no in-person Sunday Worship Services or prayer gatherings through and including Sunday April 26th, 2020.

We understand that this will also include Palm Sunday and Easter Sunday. We have been very pleased by the feedback on our church’s first online Sunday Worship Service on March 22, which is still available both on our website, as well as on our church’s Facebook page. Please continue to look each week for more online worship services each Sunday, and additional messages during the week, scripture readings, children’s messages, middle school and high school blog posts to help you continue to stay connected during this trying time.

As we move forward, future activities will be reevaluated. Please continue to check our website, fcctallmadge.org for important updates.
